wuzzz up??? it’s December!!! & 19 more days to go before Christmas!!!!! I bought these cute shirt &a robe for my Elena! isn’t it cute????I felt bad since I didn’t even get Shaun & Ethan something!!! not enough $$ to spend!!! 
it’s getting cold here in NE & I hate cold weather!!! everybody got dry skin!!! everyday i had to get up early & make the kids something to eat & get them ready for school! sometimes I get up late & ended up making kids a sandwich for breakfast! & sometimes it’s so hard to get them boys up to get ready!!! I have to yell @ them boys!!! if I get too lazy cooking something to eat I always fix a salad anytime ..
I made this yummy food that I dont’ even have any idea what’s it called!!! I was confused on what I’m going to make with a chicken!! I got tired making Chicken Cordon Blue or Stuffed Chicken! I don’t really like making fried chicken very well unless using a deep fryer! So I just cut it up in bite size & marinade some soy sauce & then I chopped all the veggies I had in my fridge & there you go I got a very yummmy dish!!!! there’s one complaint though!!!! TOO SPICY!!! i put a lot of crushed red pepper on it!!! I love spicy foods..i call this Chicken Stir-fry.
The next day I made a baked taco!!! you have to brown the ground chuck first on a skillet then put it on the oven & I also made some taquitos to go with it! for some reason I am into cooking stuff!!! I bought new springfoam pans! & 2 round cake pans! I was planning to make some cake today but I got lazy once I sat down in this chair! SHOCKEr!!!
I made some beef steaks & I fried some daing to go along w/ it! thsi time I didnt’ put any oil in it i just fried the onions first & i put one beef cube to make it taste better & add the meat!!! Sometimes I need to practice cooking filipino foods i am getting better with this one but I couldn’t make inun-onan!! for some reason it will end up too sour or too tasteless!!! & I still suck in making torta!!! not the sweet one but the meaty one ! when i tried making torta I end up making meatloaf since they have the same ingredients!!! & when I get too scared frying the meat afraid that i will be wasting one meat that I thawed for dinner so i will just bake it in the oven!!!!!
Rocky went to Connecticut last friday to see if whats’ wrong with this guy’s plane but he got back last Sunday& went back to work the following Monday! but he left Monday night to go to Omaha since the plane will be leaving from Omaha to Battle Creek Michigan! there’s 3 other guys going with him. They have to go to some class for thier job! 
Ethan’s class is doing this “CAndy Cane Lane Project” we had to decorate a paper candy cane just like the turkey tails last November for Thanksgiving celebration . i forgot to buy Christmas sugar decoration & too late for us to go out so i grabbed some silver,red & green threads & started sewing it to teh paper but too hard to do so I decided to just paste it on the paper. we put some Chistmas stickers on it isn’t it pretty????:) hahaha
I feel the need to cook again.. probably my own cure fror loneliness or boredom! I made this Chocolate Cheesecake Flan! it took 6 1/2 hours to make!!!! 1/2 and hour to prepare it! an hour to bake it & an hour to cool it completely & 4 hours in refrigerator for it to set !!! but it was yummy!!!:)
yesterday I went to the asian store & got me some fish & as usual I tried making inun-onan & i guess it wasn’t pretty bad . I fried most of it:) were sleeping in the living room coz.. hello I get paranoid when Rocky’s not here! he wont be back til friday so that’ s a long time for me!!! he called me a while ago & told me that there’s lots of snow in Battle creek . Oh yeah I watched this movie The Lake house I thought it’s pretty boring!!! I also watch the 1st 2 episode of HBO’s “BIG LOVE” you know about this guy ( Bill Paxton) a polygamist with 3 wives & 7 kids LOL!!! it’s a pretty good show & I have to rent the next episode tomorrow!!! LOL!!! anyway gotta go make dinner!!! probably we will just eat sandwiches & hotdogs!!!:) adios!!!& take care mwah!
