PLS. READ THESE TERMS
This is an easy version of making macaroons. In this one I used blueberry fruit w/strawberry glaze not because I wanted to be created but... I forgot to buy strawberries!!! hahaha! one kitchen blunder turned out to be a yummy treat! Anyway you are so welcome to use whatever fruit u would like and here's the recipe:) enjoy!
***Blueberry Macaroons***
Ingredients:
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. baking powder
2 /12 grated coconut
1 can condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1 cup blueberries or any fruit of your choice.
1/2 cup fruit glaze of your choice!
***Procedure***
1.In a large mixing bowl, mix butter, vanilla, eggs & condensed milk.
2.Add in sugar, coconut, flour and baking powder.Mix well.
3.In a small bowl combine blueberry and glaze until mix well. set aside.
4.Spray mini muffin cups with grease then put mixture 1 tbsp. each cups.
5.Top with blueberry mixture.
6.Bake for 15 minutes @ 350*F .

diay ang recipe,...ok kaayo, pero kini grated coconut, kadto ni mapalit sa supermart nga dried na? kana ready na to use....dili to fresh, kay wa ra ba koy kaguran diri....lol

pero ang lubi diri...mora ug buang bitaw? gawas nga humok or gahi, gamatitoy....sahay baho na gani.

diay, one of the supermart here, ganiha nag grocery ko....nakita nako ang american pancake....ready na...initon na lang sa microwave or toaster, galing lang gimahalan ko kay 6 pcs. ra nya gamatitoy pa, costed 1.29 euro...gimahalan ko uy, gama na lang ko ug akong self-made...heheheh
