I love that show.That show is that good!Every episode is thrilling!i think my favorite season would be season 2 and 3 it's when the Carver is out! hahah I knew it was Quentin!It was funny when everybody think it was Sean or even Julia . lol I knew it was Quentin coz he just looked weird lol!

This is my own version of Chicken Kiev.Cooking chicken on the same way is just tiring!this is another way to treat your family.It maybe a little work but there's none better than home cooked meals made with love lol char!!! anyway, sorry if it's been a while since my last recipe post! you know been busy lately with all other posts lol! try this one it's very good. you can choose your filling but this is how I made mine. Sometimes I experiment by adding bacon on it or sometimes I substitute butter to blue cheese !Try this one and tell me about it! mwah

****Chicken Kiev***

Ingredients:
8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 tbsp. green chopped green onions ( 1 stalk)
1 tbsp. snipped parsley
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup fresh mushrooms, cut into halves for filling
1/4 cup mushroom for topper
2 tbsps. crushed pepper
3 tbsps. finely chopped sweet onion
1/4 lb. of butter, cut lengthwise
2 beaten eggs
2 tbsps. water
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup cooking oil

Procedure:
1. Rinse chicken, pat dry.
2.Place each breast on a flat surface and cover with plastic wrap.

3. Pound lightly until flat using a meat mallet or a heavy jar.
4. Remove plastic wrap and sprinkle with salt and pepper

5.In a large bowl,combine parley, pepper,green onion,onion,mushroom and garlic.


6. Cut chilled butter into 8 sticks.
7. Place 1 tbsp. of filling mixture into each of the chicken breast.

8. Top with stick of butter and fold, jelly roll style.

9. Press edges and secure with toothpick.

10.Meanwhile,on a smaller bowl,stir together the eggs and water.

11.Coat chicken w/ flour, dip in egg mixture, then coat w/ bread crumbs.



12.Cover and chill for 2 hours or overnight .

13.In a large skillet melt the butter and add oil.
14.Fry chicken rolls 2 at a time.

15.Cook over medium heat, about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
16.Transfer to a rectangular baking dish.

17.Top with the remaining Mushrooms (optional)
18.Bake @ 400* oven for 30 minutes or till chicken is no longer pink and reads 180*

19.Spoon drippings over roll and serve with mashed potatoes or with Linguine or
Fettuccine and top with mozzarella sauce ( you can buy at your local grocer).

Hello, I was tagged & I thought this is actually a good way to know the author of the blog. Sure you read our blabbing but it is best to read what the Author wrote about herself.. I am going to be honest with you, I will not tell you everything about me ,even though you can see me blabbing everything about my life now but there's always something about me that is very hard to share to the people I know ,even with the one's the I am very close with.. But here's some facts about myself that I can share with you...

My name is Irel Armstrong. Some people call me lang2x, Ada or chika. I was born in Cebu City. I have one brother and he still live in Cebu with my father. I am happily married to my husband for 5 years. He works as a tech. crew leader in Avionics.I have 3 kids namely Shaun, Ethan & Elena. I used to have a job in Callaway Golf when I was single lol I met my hubby on Saturday,March 24, 2001 in Southern California. That following day we had our 1st date which I took him to the Filipino Restaurant in Oceanside, CA. Little did I know , he hates fish & I was there noshing the fish' s head. lol . I quit working when hubby asked me to moved with him to TN &we got married on June 28, 2002 in Knoxville,TN.We now live in Lincoln,Nebraska when my hubby got the job offer on August 2002.

My Mother died when I was 14 and I was in denial for 6 months. I never cried on her funeral instead, I turned around and felt sorry for the 5 kids who mourned for the loss of their mother.I had one best friend who knows more about me than anybody else but lost in touch due to moving.

Education wise, in my 3rd yr. h.s I was expelled in CIT because of truancy & I threw a chair at my teacher when we had an argument. I enrolled in UC , dropped out & moved to Las Pinas Manila. I enrolled in St. Francis of Assisi but didn't last that long so I moved back to UC lol.
Now, I registered and passed both State Written & Skill test and now a Certified Nursing Assistant but I still choose to continue my education by enrolling into a Nursing Degree.

When I was younger, I can never stay foot in one place. A happy go lucky with no care in the world. But I like to think I am a kind person but hates when taken advantage. I do believe in discipline and I applied it to myself, late application but well deserved. I tend to listen to my conscience, when I have to decide something I talked to myself a lot! One thing that a lot of people told me is that I make them laugh. I make their day by making them feel good of their selves .I tend to say something that makes them laugh! I never tried to be funny but I just utter some words that some people think it's hilarious.

I am a very good friend, I listen and I don't back-stab. I am empathetic, if I give advice to somebody, I give them the same thing that I would do if I am in their situation. If someone asked to keep a secret I don't blab it around to other people.. but, you have to tell me not to tell me not to tell other people!lol just kidding! but I can keep secrets, I don't blab it to anyone especially when I know that it is something that can cause or raise a commotion. I hate fighting now that I am mellow. I tend to let little sarcasm let go just because I taught myself not to pay attention to people who has nothing to do with their lives except to screw other people's life. I hate rude people! When someone is in pain or in disgrace and someone makes a mockery out of it I tend to speak up! I don't even care if it is none of my business but I don't buy poor little me-mock me crap. I hate people who think that they are better than anybody else just because they have a better education than anybody else! I hate people who are show offs! I hate people who thinks they are cool just because they have something that other's don't. I hate people who you just met and dig everything about someone just to get some dirt and pass sit along to retarded people whose hobby is gossiping! I hate ungrateful morons who cannot even say thank you or give credit, to someone who help them even in just a little way. I hate idiots who lied too much about themselves just to praised by somebody whose stupid enough to believe what other people tells them! I hate suck ups, plastic and unfaithful people who still exist in this moron populated world. I hate people who makes fun of other people with their looks and their status in life. I hate people who looks down on people who cannot afford on expensive materials, just because they can. I hate people who makes a fool of themselves by letting other people treat them like crap.

I am not a very religious person, but I pray, I pray sincerely by myself. I love to cry,sometimes when I feel like crying, I watch movies that can make me cry. I think of something that can make me cry & I also love to laugh, I love anything that can make me laugh. but just to be clear I don't like to laugh and cry at the same time except when it's too funny. On dates, I rather you bring me somewhere , where we can be ourselves and not pretend to be someone else or somewhere that you cannot afford to pay.

I am a broad minded person. I allow different points of view and listen to it closely. I analyzed them good and understand people in different choices when it comes to different situations. Hello people, it's 11:04 Pm and frankly I wanted to sleep early but hubby kicked me out from our bed lol! he thinks I will get up anyway just to go downstairs & sit in front of my computer! Hey,that's not the case all the time!!True I will sneak out but only when I am not tired! lol

I went to bed @ 5 AM because I was crazy watching the new tele-novela called "Natutulog Ba Ang Diyos". OmG that show made me cry!I watched that show from the very first episode! Oh the Drama!it's way better than Walang Kapalit which is actually has a good story plot but it's actually stupid after a while.But then again I am still watching it lol!!! I got up @ 2:15 in the afternoon, but my kids were still snoring! I went ahead and cleaned & made some phone calls to my school for my next exam schedule and also talked to Carlota & my cousin Weng for a little while. I called my husband and asked him to meet us at the park behind our house. I ordered 2 large pizza for dinner@ the park and also stopped by & got us some drinks! After eating we let the kids run around and I read them some books that we borrowed from the Library. After that the kids went to the play ground and played for an hour then we went to Colby Ridge/Goodrich for some Ice cream. That's about it! and then here I am yapping!

Tomorrow will be my first final exam for Language Reading & I scheduled myself for my next final exam which is Language Writing ugh I am not looking forward to write essays though!You know what's messed up? yesterday on my class, My teacher gave me the test for Writing and it was 25 questions and also 1 essay. I had to write4 an essay about"Our Opinions may change for a period of time" anyway so I wrote and gave my 3 examples with their description and then my summary and conclusion. Well, she said it was good but then she tried to tell me to write it as if I am only explaining one choice. i told her well, i thought I have to give examples and prove why our opinions change over a period of time. and not just telling someone why I want to do just one thing? And she paused for a second and said og yeah your right!And she said oh, all this test giving are confusing me.. In my mind I was like, damn woman your confusing me! try to correct me with a freakin mistake! wadda!

Anyway, tomorrow will be fun uhu!I have to go for my test @ 4:30 which means I have to be there by 4:00 and bullshit! i will be meeting my classmate who told me I looked 19 ahem hahahhahahhahah Iwonder where did she get it from! she might be smoking someones ass when she told me that! it's kinda nice to hear that lol but hello I know I don't freaking look like 19 I wish though! see, for some reason I always think that when other people compliment you, they are actually sincere about it and you kinda believe what they say, but if a Filipino told u that lol you right away, you assume that they're being sarcastic or just mocking your ass. And I am not the Only Filipina who feels that way. don't u think? i bet you felt that way though! When someone from your kind tells you something or compliment you you would think they are being sarcastic or maybe you are thinking shit this psycho's mocking me! but if it comes from a different race you actually believed what they said huh?? hey, don't hate me I'm just telling the truth lol.
