But it wasn't really good so i didn't watched the whole thing but i watched the 2nd season with Dr. Will as the winner hahah that season was really good and the 3rd, the 4th and the 5th Season 6 was my favorite and hated the winner MAGGOT!!Anyway, i watched the 7th season which was the All Stars and Mike won! i watched the season 8 off and on coz as what i said u get caught up and get mad hahahhahahah u know when u like teh show you started to get pissed off when someone gets on your nerves lol. But i actually like the winner Dick and I am glad he won he was up with his daughter Danielle but Dick run the show though! Anyway, here's that cool Japanese style shirt folding!

I am reaching for the people to stop Domestic Violence. Women are not your punching bag that you can just step on and will treated like a slave!!!

Domestic violence and emotional abuse are behaviors used by one person in a relationship to control the other. Partners may be married or not married; heterosexual, gay, or lesbian; living together, separated or dating.

Examples of abuse include:

* name-calling or putdowns
* keeping a partner from contacting their family or friends
* withholding money
* stopping a partner from getting or keeping a job
* actual or threatened physical harm
* sexual assault
* stalking
* intimidation

Violence can be criminal and includes physical assault (hitting, pushing, shoving, etc.), sexual abuse (unwanted or forced sexual activity), and stalking. Although emotional, psychological and financial abuse are not criminal behaviors, they are forms of abuse and can lead to criminal violence.



The violence takes many forms and can happen all the time or once in a while. An important step to help yourself or someone you know in preventing or stopping violence is recognizing the warning signs listed on the "Violence Wheel."

It's the BER time! so probably right now in the Philippines, people are playing Christmas music already!!! i know that when i was younger, When September starts there's Christmas Music everywhere, in the mall, pharmacies and even restaurants!! The Cebu City Council also authorized the use of the calamity funds for the preventive and contingency measures in the area, and for financial assistance to dengue patients in the two barangays.

From Jan. 1 to Sept. 19, the Cebu City Health Department recorded a total of 996 cases of dengue with 24 deaths, or an increase of 77 percent compared to the same period last year.

There were 562 cases in the same period last year with 15 deaths.

The case fatality rate this year, though, is lower at 2.41 percent, which means that two of 100 cases result in death, compared with last year’s three out of every 100 cases.

Dengue cases in the region increased by almost 50 percent this year, compared with last year. "

I have been cleaning around the house and it's still a mess!! I asked my hubby to take my kids with him somewhere all day long on Sunday! I even asked him to get a hotel or something just for me to clean the whole damn house!! My neck hurts from cross-stitching haha I am not even close to being done! and i still have lots more to do. lol! When i didn't have my computer I think about lots of stuff to entertain myself. I asked my hubby if I can join the racquet club in our area probably I will have fun and it will help me drop my extra weight off! Hubby said i should just go back and use their work gym since it's free for the employees and their families.
