10th Birthday
Today is Shaun’s b-day, time fly so fast that in my28th yrs. of life I have a 10 yr. old boy already. I went o his school meeting yesterday and I heard lots of nice things about him. And of course, I am very proud to hear such good reports in his improvement. I will be cooking his favorite food tonight and I am also thinking about making him a White chocolate Mousse Pie. But first i have to get my butt up and run to the grocery store to get all the ingredients ready for tonight…To my son Shaun HAppy birthday and I love you.

Independence
My friend Sarah is moving out from West Virginia. She talked to me about starting over and asked my input to where she should start her life over again. I told her that now she is done with East Coast she should try going to the West Coast where she can enjoy life more.
I also recommend moving to Las Vegas simply because the place just never sleep. Even though that the economy is slowing down, I told her that she can still find plenty of jobs in Las Vegas. There are plenty of establishments that are open 24/7. She can work anytime she desire and continue her studies in the morning. There are different of easy jobs that are easy to get into from Financial jobs to Entertainment jobs.Starting is easy, you can post your resume and find the perfect job for you online. Las Vegas is a place where you can work anytime of any day. For as long as you are willing and eager, there’s always a job waiting for you.

I noticed that my eyes are getting worst in these past few weeks. I also experienced frequent headaches that is ruining my daily activities. That is why the optometrist recommend eye exams yearly. Most of us reject the recommendation simply because we think that our eyes will be fine. But we have to consider part of living healthy is going to Doctors and other professionals that might help us in the long run.

Migrating Recipe
As what I have been yapping for the past few days, I decided to migrate my recipes to another platform and I am in my trial period but I am working on that template to fit my liking. I regret deleting my Chow site last year, maybe by now I won’t be starting all over again. I have plans to continue this plan for a long time (hopefully..) not only that I am posting recipes but also will be accepting recipes from other people. Hopefully I can gather up audiences in there.You can peek on my upcoming food blog HERE and I have to warn you that there are no recipes posted yet, because i am still setting it all up. I am not done migrating and it seems complicated. I might end up copying and pasting soon if i can’t figure it out. When I read about migrating guidelines, it seem easy but a bit confusing once, you start doing it.
