If you are one of the many people who fail to keep their diet in control last Thursday don’t panic. Thanksgiving only happens once a year and eating such great meal is not a sin. You might have push some buttons off your sweater but with a little exercise and back to proper diet, you will be back in your normal size. Some people took diet pills like Lipovox for they are afraid to regain all the pounds they shed before Thanksgiving. One should never fear eating too much once a year as long as you actuallyu work hard to maintain desired weight and by consulting their physician about proper diet and exercise.
