Cannot Wait

I have to give credits to my husband for taking sometime to replace our Dining Room floor. He started last Saturday and will try to finish it today. We also need to repaint the walls before putting new baseboards. I want to paint i t with different color this time but I know he will disagree with my color choice. My husband only like two colors Tan and White! I don’t like white colro so I always chose tan but we have been painting this walls tan. I have to admit though it looks good but I think I want some bold colors too like maroon. Maybe I can talk him with a two tone paint. I want to add a border in the middle that will separate the two colors. I found the perfect border for that! I want a maroon paint on the bottom part of the wall and let him paint Tan on the upper part. I really like this rustic looking border. It will definitely look good in my Dining Room. I want to put this up before New Year and would like my Dining Room to be done before New Years Eve. This border cost $16 each roll but I want it! It will look good in my Dining Room so i don’t mind paying it for myself as long as he will put it up for me:) I have to fix him something nice to eat tonight and convince him to paint two -tone with border in my Dining Room:)
