December Babe

A while ago, as I was fixing some roast for dinner, she asked me what day is it today. SO I replied, it’s the “4th of December”, she paused and exclaimed December! It’s almost my birthday! I am a December babe , Am I not Mom? I laughed and said yes u are a December Babe. Time goes fast, I can remember the day when she was born like it was yesterday. So tiny and beautiful, now although she’s no longer tiny but she is more beautiful than ever. She is funny and outspoken. I can tell that she is an idealist; she wants everything to be perfect and in place.

I wanted to bake her a Lemon cake but she prefers “Strawberry Shortcake cake” just like what she had last year. I might make that Lemon squares for New Years eve. I bought some marzipan so maybe I can use it to decorate the squares this New years Eve. As usual, there’s going to be “Noodles” in my menu and red stuff for good luck for upcoming year!!!!

Anyway, gotta run, I can hear my oven beeping. I think my winter roast is done. I will post the recipe in my Delish blog probably tonight or tomorrow. Have a Hearty meal and a fun night with u’r loved ones~!
