Sleep Tight
As much as we don’t want to believe it but oversleeping is bad for our health and it has been linked to a host of medical problems, including diabetes, heart disease, and increased risk of death.
The amount of sleep you should have depends on your age and activity level as well as your general health and lifestyle habits. “Experts” says that adults should have 7-9 hours of sleep. Wow I don’t even get that much amount of sleep. I wish that I get enough sleep but my bed is old and it is actually giving me a back pain. I need one those sleep number bed that has precision engineering and technology that offers great night sleep.
Did you know that they say that depression is also associated with oversleeping. For people who suffer from hypersomnia, oversleeping is actually a medical disorder. So remind your girls not to over idolized Sleeping Beauty coz experts says that oversleeping cost you a lot in your health. Who knows much she slept!
