I knew there was something off when I broke a glass in the kitchen. As I was making dinner and I put a glass on the counter and it rolled and fell on the floor. I told my husband that something bad is bound to happen. Like many American, he doesn’t believe in superstitious. Hours has passed and I still felt that something bad really happened and I was still uneasy. Later that night Elena woke up crying and I was so worried coz she wouldn’t tell me what happen to her. She was having a bad dream and after that i took her to the bathroom. After that Ethan was yelling, he had a bad dream so my husband brought Ethan to my room and he fell right back to sleep. It took me a while to sleep . Anyway, I woke up this morning and got into my messenger and saw offline messages from my friends and one from my cousin. She told me that my grandfather in my dad’s side died yesterday from a heart attack. I just knew something bad happened and it was it. I felt bad because I wasn’t there to see him and to tell him that I love him and missed him and to bid him goodbye. My grandmother must be really sad . They have been married for over 55 years. I don’t know how to tell my eldest son about my grandfather’s depart but I will wait to tell him after he eat his breakfast. May my grandfather rest in peace.

It’s time again to check the My Drama Check Links. As you all know I check my blog roll list at least every 6 months or sometimes more than usual. I started this when my blog was still in Blogger. people started to ex links with me and everything seem to be fine until 2 or 3 months later they started to drop the links and never bother to tell the other side to drop their links too!!! It’s not so fair to delete someone and never bother to tell them. Granted some of these people in my blog list doesn’t visit as often but I don’t really care about that as long as my link is still in their sites and I will make sure that their link will stay in my site. I could care less for the visiting part. People get busy and people forget. So please if u delete my link, let me know so I can delete yours too! It’s a two-way way deal.

Anyway, I have always say this .. if you happen to link mine please do tell me so; so I can link yours too. how will someone know if you won’t even visit and bother to tell them so?? Also I will delete blogs that URL’s are no longer woirking like 404/not found or something that indicates your blog is gone/url not working. If you happen to moved onto new URL please le t me know..

I am not ranting ..well. a bit I guess but I just want to be fair to people like I want them to be fair to me. So I will be off checking everybody in my blogroll today and to check if they still got my link…  watcha~! =;

Ethan has been doing good with his reading skills. They have a Book-It program in their class and they get  a coupon for free personalized Pizza from Pizza Hut if they read 6 books in a month. He always bring a green paper with 6 numbered lines to fill in the book name and the Parents Signature and the students signature on the bottom.

I always let him read any book that he can pick and listen to him while reading. He gets so excited and eager to complete the Book-It project every month.

He is also doing good with his spelling. They have an assignment to spell challenge words and I am so happy that he is always prompt in doing his homework. I bought him this Go Diego Go phonics books so he can practice more reading. He also like to read to his little sister. I am so happy that he is paying attention at school and doing his duty as a good student.. I hope he will stay this way
