It was hard for me to get out of bed today. I feel asleep while watching College basketball with my husband. I always root against his team coz it is more fun that way and sometimes, I just don't like his choice of team!I finally finished updating my Pinaypay blog.I changed the template. It was actually from Wordpress. I was trying to get myself a wordpress account but it didn't work out the way I wanted it. I still have my domain name with no blog in it!!!I found the same template converted to Blogger!anyway here's what it look like better yet, visit it!

Yesterday, Ethan was sick again after he got back from school. That boy has a lot of missed days and I am just so worried about him missing a lot at school. I don't know if there will be any consequences other than absences!But i got no choice, My son was sick and they will send the kids home anyways if they have over a hundred degree Temperature! So if they will start complaining I will then bitch back lol!I just hope Ethan will feel better.

The school will be renovating this June so they have to go to the reserve building for the whole year next school year. The place is 30 minutes away from where I live and I could just get the boy to ride in the bus, then again they have to wake up earlier and I just don't trust the bus though! I have seen kids beating kids inside the bus and also I have seen bus running on a red light!!!! So I rather waste gas than handing my kids over!

It's been a long time since I posted any recipes here! I get tired posting but not tired of cooking!I always remember to take a picture everytime I make up new recipes. Of course Philly cheese Steak has been a round for quite sometime but this is my own version of Philly Cheese Steak. I was confused of what to cook and has been wanting philly Cheese Steak but too lazy to go to Da Vincis and honestly it's a bit expensive to buy fast foods, so I grabbed what ever in my pantry and started making my own! I named this Elena's Cheese Steak just because my little girl was helping me make this yummy meal! Try this,enjoy and let me know how it turn out for you. And as always i can't give u exact measurement because I dont' usually measure the stuff I just eyeball it all! Direction is below the Slideshow!

Elena's Cheese Steak

Ingredients:
3 lbs. of steak ( jerky Style) chopped into pieces
1 large onion, sliced
6 hoagie buns/french bread
12 swiss cheese cut into halves
pepper, salt, savory herb and garlic powder about a tsp. each.
Worcestershire Sauce about 3-4 pours
Dry Sherry about 2 pours
1 beef cube
1 stick of butter for cooking.
ranch sauce for condiments and fries for side.

Procedure:

1. Melt butter and fry onions until translucent.
2. Transfer onions to platter.
3. melt another butter and add meat.
4. Cook until brown.
5. Transfer meat to platter,draining liquids and melt another butter.
6. Return meat to pan and add onions and Worcestershire Sauce and Stir.
7. Add beef cube and cover beef cube with meat until dissolve and stir.
8. Stir meat and add sherry, salt & pepper, garlic powder, savory herb.
9. Stir together and cook for another 5 minutes in low heat. And turn heat off.
10.Meanwhile deep fry some fries and prepare hoagie buns and pan with foil.
11.Preheat oven for 350.
12.Slice hoagie buns and put meat in dividing in 6 hoagies.
13.Fold Swiss cheese and add cheese in both sides of bun.repeat in every bun.
14. When done, put buns in foiled pan and heat cheesesteak for about 12 minutes or until cheese are melted. Don't over cook! Keep watching.
15.Take from oven and let it cool for a min.
16.Transfer to individual platter and Add ranch sauce if desired.
17.Serve with your choice of side. I like to serve it with fries.
18. Sit and enjoy your meal!

My laptop is acting up again! I mean come on! I am so getting tired of this laptop of mine that if only I have lots of money to throw around I will definitely throw this in the canner!I need to renew my warranty coz it will expire on the April . Now it's making a weird sound and it freaked me out. It started when I was helping my friend Daria to sign up in blogger very late at night. Another problem to be solve! I will bring this back to Best Buy and hopefully this time they will replace me with a new one.. Bad thing is that they will only give me the same brand which is Toshiba! eversince I got this one it gave me more problems than happiness!!

Today I had to force myself logging in since I need to copy all my files and save it in a disc also, I need to finish up some assignments. Lately I have been avoiding being online not because I don't like it, I do like it but, it's just whenever I get online I get lazy and ended up being behind in all house chores and It will only cause more problems to me! True I make money online but man,I don't think it's all worth to me having been so lazy and unmotivated to do anything else other than blogging. I told hubby about me not getting online and such and he just don't really care if I make money online or not. I told him that I would rather get me a regular job so i can gain benefits and experience other than staying at home and just making money online!I will not quit don't get me wrong but I rather have me a real job where I can get benefits out from it in a long run. Like putting in my social security you know? so When I get old I don't have to flip burgers in freaking Mc. Donald's or a greeter at walmart!I just want to contribute to my future and getting a real job will definitely help me do it! I miss having a real job where I actually move around no wonder I am so getting fat coz I sit in my ass all day long doing blogs!

Hello everyone, I know that it has been days since my last post. Well,I am semi-single for 4 days. Hubby went to Arizona for a class, he left on valentine's day and I am just glad despite with the cold weather it hasn't snowed anymore!!! We had flurries yesterday but that was it. Nothing major! Ethan is doing fine however, Shaun was sick this morning.After he got ready for school he started puking and another bummer! I hate cold weather! Ethan's baby tooth fell off yesterday but he didn't want tooth fairy to get it yet, he wanted to save it to let his daddy see it. lol

Hubby was bummed when he heard about it. I told hubby to go to a Filipino store in Phoenix to get me some Century Tuna or something! lol. Shaun and Ethan got a lot of Valentine present from their school. I am so happy that he felt better after how many days. I went to their conference last Tuesday and I am glad to hear good things about my two boys! I am so proud that eventhough they are so lazy at home at least they are enthusiastic at school hahahhaha Plastic huh???

I updated all schedules for the family and I also made a chore chart for me! I think it is better if I have to do certain task assign to myself.( who else will do it anyway?) so it'll be easier for me to clean up and manage everything. lol I should get paid for this Bullshit hahaha!

I finally finish Rosemaries other blog. I have been making and rejecting the headers and colors a lot of times. I don't know it is just so hard for me to do something that is not fully detailed. I mean we all have different insights and taste. It is so easy for me to make something for myself since I know what I like but it is hard to make for other people since I don't really know the their taste or what they don't like. That's why I have been making her some but if I take a look at it again and don't like it, I will up making another one and if I don't like it again,, make another one. but it just so hard so make something for someone else but I think this time is pretty good.What do u think??


Anyway, time to get ready to pick up my son Ethan. Shaun and Elena are sleeping upstairs. i have to get them up and have them ready after some assignments..it's all going to expire today .. lol anyway mwah

He woke me up early in the morning and complained about headaches and body aches. I felt his head and he was hot so i got his temp and it was 103.4 pretty high. So i just dropped shaun to school and let Ethan stay at home. Poor thing is still sick til now. For some reason he has been so sickly! Anyway. today i will have to go to their school for the Parent teacher conference. Hubby won't be able to come so he can stay at home and watch the kids and I will have to attend Shaun and Ethan's conference. After that I have to go to the grocery since it's been a while I went to the store and stack up! We have been eating outside and wasted money. Anyway just a couple of updates and I will be out again..

As i was driving I saw these birds and could it be??? could it be that the winter will be voer and spring will be here sooner???? Birds are coming back from the south!!! I will visit ur all sites I promise..

I am so gaga ... someone called about a job offered and now I am thinking about maybe not doing it... so then I talked to couple of people whose telling to accept and not to accept the job... Anyway I finally called the HR Department and all of a sudden my words were twisted... I made an appointment for a job interview..ughhh I wanted to say I couldn't make it and changed my mind.. but I made the stupid appt!!!! huh... so at least I will be going after hubby get back from his trip to Arizona!

Anyway, today was a crappy day! I woke up and looked outside and I saw snow every where I mean come on.. I started my car thinking that the snow wont last long since it wasn't cold this morning! So after the kids were all ready we jumped inside the car and I started driving... I ignored lots of clues like cars blocking my driveway.... but there was a school bus on the other side and stopped the cars from coming through so I got out of my driveway but couldn't changed lane!!! lots of cars.. traffic..traffic..traffic... very slow cars running and I was running 20 mph on a 40mph road!!! imagine that!!! anyway so i finally changed my mind smacked my head coz I decided to drive! anyway i turned right on the library and got out in there going right to another road then left and that was a bad idea! lol some dumbass was beeping at me coz I waited for the other cars to pass before making a left turn!! hello!! i can't make it or else I will be dead! i was so pissed off i open my window and gave him a birdie! I was bitching oh my god I was bitching!i wasn't scared since I am pissed off!!!! it's amazing when u'r piss off u can kill people for some dumb reason lol not that I killed anyone..yet.... I want to clarify that!Anyway, finally i made my left turn my car car spun!! i was scared shitless! I have my kids with me .. hello! so I managed to get a grip of my piece of shit car and finally went back on the road! it took me forever to get into my driveway.. freaking people won't give me any way!!!!! ughhhhhhh... so finally I went home and called the school .. I actually said the words that i wanted to tell them for a long long time....I said.. I tried going but i came back home.. the road is bad and I don't think school is worth dying for .so i decided i don't want to take my kids to school today.. lol she was speechless and said.. okay so it's Shaun and Ethan right? lol I said yes.

I am telling u the school system here sucks ass!!! it's 3:37 and it's still snowing outside! they knew that it will be snowing until midnight and they still want kids to go to school! r u kidding me?? I really want to move!!!!!!!!!!!!!! uggghghhhhh

I knew that that the Giants will win the Superbowl XLII. I am a fan of Tom Brady but having 18-0 statistics + winning the Superbowl is too good to be true! I wasn't surprised when the Giants won but I was very disappointed to see my patriots lost!!! I think because they underestimated the Giants! I am telling you This is the first time I watched the Superbowl all the way from beginning to end! I think I was the bad luck why??? because I was watching it!!!The same thing happened to my Dallas Mavericks! undefeated but lost on the very first round of the playoffs!! Coincidence? Hopefully!! but 2 of my favorite teams from different sport have lost big time! and that makes me wanna scream waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhh
