Repainting
This is my entry for 
Greenish Friday. This is my daughter’s room. When I was pregnant with her, we painted it green and purple with a Tinkerbell border in between the colors. Now the border is gone compliments of my daughter’s picking hands. She kept ripping the borders coz she doesn’t like Tinkerbell that much anymore when she found her new pal Strawberry Shortcake.
Now she wants us to repaint her room with Strawberry Shortcake border that will be in the middle of brown and pink colors. My husband think that we should keep the colors and just put in new Strawberry Shortcake border like she wanted. She never sleeps in her room anyways!
I spent time painting that twinkling stencil and now she wants us to repaint the whole thing. Maybe I will go with my husband’s idea, he is right anyway she doesn’t even sleep in her room. And I will definitely put the desktop computer in her room this weekend, at least we can use this room for something else other than her dressing room! But let’s just see , my daughter is powerful and persuasive you know, she can make us do something that she wants even though we said no the last time she asked!

Moving it Up
This weekend, I will definitely move my computer upstairs. I am tired of going downstairs just to use this computer. I have a laptop that is usually upstairs but my daughter thinks it’s hers so I guess I have to just let them have it and this will serve as mine (this has wider monitor and newer anyway!). I know that I will have to set up the wireless connection again and I have to get me one of those hard drives . I stuffed my computer so much and I am tired buying flash cards for it. I might start moving it up tonight so my husband can install the cable connection tomorrow.

My Planner
This is my entry for Yellowy Thursday.This is my planner. I prefer this one than any other planner because this one is a pro-mom planner!
It has a Tear-off grocery list, Weekly menu planning, Stickers to out on important appointments like doctor’s appointment, school stuff and other reminders. It also has a wide grid to fill your writings and in the back you have these special pages for your immediate contact.
On the front it has a storage pocket where you can keep your appointment cards, bills and even coupons. There’s a new version coming out a August-2009- December 2010 and of course I will definitely get one for myself:)

Saved some
I was cleaning yesterday and I found a lot of bills we got ever since 2 years ago. My husband like to keep the copy of our bill statement while I found it annoying and I started shredding it. It’s amazing how you can save a lot of money by switching to different insurance. We just have our refinance and our home insurance cost less than what we had before. We found our insurance online, comparing quotes from different insurance companies. Now we even save more because we use the same company in our home and auto insurance. I like saving money especially when it comes to important things like this that also deliver great service:)

Star Student
This is my entry for Redness Wednesday. This was taken last January of this year when my son came home and showed me his little trophy that says He is the Star Student of their school:)
I am very proud of my kids who are doing really good at school and they been having good grades on their report card every quarter. Their teachers told me that they are really good not only in participating in class but also on how they behave in school:) I just hope that this won’t change. Things like this really makes me happy and proud:)
