Headache

Yesterday was a bummer! I had a killer headache that it deprived me from my sleep. I haven’t taken any medication simply because from my past experienced? it simply doesn’t work! I don’t know if it is because of my eyes or my sinus allergy. I woke up in the middle of the night because of the pain and was vomiting ,I couldn’t think of anything else other than what Carlota and my cousin told me about “TUOB” where you mix everything you ate and boil them together and drink it.. I had no other choice but to try it so I boiled some stuff that I ate this week that is still in my fridge and wipe the steam off of it to my body.. I’m telling you ,it tasted awful,!! I was nauseated and I just had to force myself not to puke all over myself. For a while the pain was still there and finally I went to bed and I actually fell asleep! Weird that I actually feeling better today but still weak. I vomited twice in the morning and once that night, My friend said that probably I don’t need those best weight loss pills you can find online because vomiting is like the best diet secret ever lol. But it’s awful! I rather exercise to lose weight rather than puking!

Imagine the stuff I boiled together, green beans, carrots, onions, beef steak, adobo, rice, water and orange juice! it was awful but I guess it works… I’m still light-headed and weak but the pain subsided . hopefully it won’t strike me again!

Anyway, I was chatting with my friend and she asked me about what did I want for Mother’s day. I didn’t even know when is Mother’s Day til I peeked into my calendar. What do I want for Mother’s day? I just want Good Health and Safety! May 10th is Mother’s day the same day as my aunt’s b-day. While writing this, just occur to me that tomorrow is my Mom’s 14th yr. death Anniversary , weird thing is.. I was 14 when she died. Anyway gotta go and enjoy the rest of your week:)
