A Thimble
Is what I need to purchase tomorrow! Even when knitting I still hurt my fingers by pushing the needles through my skin and it become sore even more as I knit some more! I had to stop until I get one from the craft store tomorrow. While there, I might pick-up some worsted yarn and some buttons for my new project that I am currently doing. It is a cute pattern button tabbed hat and I am almost done with it actually but like I said I have to stop coz my finger is very sore from the needles.I so enjoy knitting but I am still a novice so I always find myself starting over and over again! I also learn about finding a right yarn for a specific project. I am hoping to learn more and would hopefully be more comfortable and more successful with this new found hobby of mine:)

Gardening
I am not a gardener but a housewife can always wish to have one that can be proud of. I have planted couple of things in my life but was never around to keep that coz one of the reason is that I never have my own. I have planted things like peanuts and cabbage in my school garden, potatoes and corn in my uncles garden, beautiful flower bearing plants in my aunt’s garden but never in my own.
My yard is not that big but there are couple of bushes and flower bearing plants which were planted by the previous owner of this house and I would like to plant new plants of my choice. I have seen many houses with beautiful gardens,many of them are vegetable bearing and others, were flower bearing and some are deer resistant plants such as that beautiful flower in the picture.
I have a plant bed in front of my house and I kept telling my husband that we should do something about it and plant some beautiful flower bearing plants , however laziness gets in my way and until now, I kept thinking about it.. every time I pass that flower bed in front of my house.
I just don’t know when to start planting though. I heard that different regions has to start at different times so I have to figure out which region does my State belong and when is the right time to start planting!

1st Made
I am flaunting it coz I am proud of what I made!!! This is the second project that I actually finished by myself with no other helping hands aside from reference books and videos!! The first one was in 5th grade , I made my very own book-end made of wood 
It may not be perfect and I still need to learn how to seam it well but hey I finished the hat despite of starting over countless times!!! The pattern is from the book called “The complete Idiot’s Guide to Knitting & Crocheting 2nd Edition” by Barbara Breiter & Gail Diven. This hat is called the “Two Needle Hat” because it is knitted with 2 knitting needles duh!
Now I am learning hot to knit in rounds and in circular needles and yes, I kept starting over again!! There’s one that it is almost done but I am having problems with the circular needle.. it gets to tight to knit and it turned out the size is too small.. My daughter can’t even fit on the other hat. Anyway, I am just showing off the first knitted hat I made! It may not be perfect but I made it myself and my little model made it look gorgeous!:)

Not Thursday
Today is Wednesday not Thursday! For some reason I was thinking that today is Thursday! Probably I like to rush the days of this week because Thursday is my kids’ last day of school and I would love to sleep longer tomorrow morning!
Unfortunately we are not going to a vacation. Bummer I know I was thinking about our last years vacation to Tennessee and Florida and how fun it was. People who live in the neighborhood near the lakes and the beaches like Wilmington NC real estate are so lucky coz they got that vacation feeling all year long coz the bay are just right along their houses.
I am looking at the brighter side though, with us staying all summer long ; we can fix somethings in our house. We bought some paints last Sunday for our dining room and my husband bought some baseboards to finish the updating in our dining area. 
Also I could not believed how many junk we have until I cleaned our closet in searching for items to go on our upcoming garage sale. I am trying to kick my pack-rat habit and I finally took my old clothes out in my closet and into the garage!
