So it Begins

I finally registered and started my first work out last Monday night. I thought that it was intimidating and awkward but  the place was friendly and it’s a very comfortable and  none competitive place . I joined on the last day of their promotion which is free for the rest of June and I have to start paying for July and August and if I like it then it will continue on every month. The set-up is easy. You can join any scheduled work-outs from 5:45 in the morning to 8:30 in the evening . You can join how many classes you want as long as your body can take. They have Jazz, Step, Body Sculpting, Jazz Personal Touch and Express. Most facility provides tubes, weights, mats, balls and also they charge you for child care for only $1.50/hr /child. It was very fun though, you get to dance to cool music and moves and I can say that I actuallylike it even though my whoel body is still sore for 60 minutes workout but I will stay for as long as I can:D
