Chorizo

I missed Chorizo so much and I can’t wait to visit Cebu and definitely order some. here in NE I am lucky enough to get some Longaniza. I make a point to order it from the older Filipina who sells it at home. She also told me that this month she will be selling Malunggay and other stuff so me and my friends are excited for that.
I don’t know why I love oily foods so much and Longaniza and Chorizo are fattening enough but they really taste good so I wouldn’t mind the calories and some of my friends won’t mind taking diet pills as long as we all can eat what we want to eat.
Anyway, it is so hard to plan for a day out for my 2 friends here since one of them works on weekdays and would like to spend her time on weekends with her husband if she’s not working overtime, the other is working Thurs- Saturday on night-shift so she is dead tired during days and I have my kids during weekends since my husband is working on weekends, I have all the weekdays open but both of them are not available. We kept planning for a day out/night out and even for a cook out but I just can’t see it happening until one Holiday that is, if all of us stays in Nebraska but I doubt that will happen.

favorite sab kaau ni nako ang chorizo maam.. sus ako na dugmukun imix sa kan-on! nah baw lang pila ka platong kan-on akong mahurut haha.. labi na ug fried rice sa? yay galaway ko gahunahuna haha!
