Kool Aid Days

We finally went to Hastings for Kool-Aid Days and we had fun for the whole day while we were there despite of the long drive. We started at Hastings Museum where you can see the history about Kool-Aid, we also bought some mugs which used to fill different flavors of Kool-Aid drinks for free. We then rode a trolley and brought us to see the boat race to the park. We didn’t finished the race since we really need to use the bathroom and the parks bathroom is not really sanitary and very inconvenient.

Anyway after that we went back to the Museum and saw a lot of cool stuff and are very impressed on their displays. Hastings is a pretty nice town but we didn’t have time driving around in that town for it takes us 2 hours to drive back to Lincoln.  We like it but I don’t know if we are going back next year!

    Please consider coming back next year for the Saturday of the festival. We have a LOT of our biggest events on Saturday for every member of the family!

    @Randy Kottwitz, Well, I asked my kids and they said they wanted to come back so we might try going on Saturday next time:)
