Health Screen

I went to my husband work today for their yearly Health Screen. They would check your glucose, BP, Cholesterol and some other thing and so far mine was still the same as last year except that my glucose is a bit higher but maybe I ate 5 minutes before they checked my sugar level. After seeing my results we didn’t bother talking to the counselor sine we have places to go and hubby has to go back to work plus my daughter was with us and she is still pretty sick today. Anyway I don’t mind going to their yearly check up at work since it will help us save some money with our insurance.
