Try Harder
I really want to try harder in loosing weight! I think I really need help by taking one of those weight loss supplement. Also I need to buy an exercise machine that really help instead of buying crap that is expensive. I think an exercise bike and a elliptical treadmill would be perfect for us. It is so hard to stick into portions especially if the food is very good but I have to stop buying junk and oh will I have to give up potato chips? I sometimes wish I have the will of anorexic.. (no offense intended!). But I need to be more persistent in loosing excess weight for my own good if I want to be around with my kids for so long!
