Happy Friday everyone! Oh, and it’s April Fools day too! My kids are so excited for this day I have no idea why but they have been playing tricks ever since 6:30 AM! One told my other son that we won the lottery so he went to my room  and asked me if I really did and I said I wish! The younger one told my older son that I needed  to talk to him but I really did not. It’s crazy even my little girl told my boys that I said to gather all dirty cups and put them all in the sink  coz I said so.. I didn’t but it was a big help for me! I am wishing for the tricks to stop already!

This is my picture for Greenish Friday! I made this cheesecake as a result of  the wonder drug called Sudafed 24 Hr! I was so miserable for the whole week until I took the medicine and wham! the next day I was like a working machine! Heck I even cleaned! I didn’t take a bite though since I had that weird bitter taste but my family loved it!  Next time when I feel more energetic I might try the Apple Cheesecake recipe I found in one of those cooking magazine I have!
