I made this one last Friday and my family loved it! Even my hubby loved it & there's liver in this recipe and he didn't even notice it! of course I wouldn't tell him he liked it so no reason that he will know I actually put liver in this recipe lol he swears up & down that he will never eat something with liver in it lol! Anyway, here's the recipe! enjoy!
****Beef Kaldereta****
Ingredients:
2 lbs. cubed beef ( for stewing)
4 medium potatoes, quartered
1/2 cup green peas
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1/4 cup cubed beef or chicken liver
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 small onions, sliced
1 small can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. hot sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
1 bay leaf
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup water
msg, salt and pepper for seasoning
For Marinade:
3/4 cup vinegar
2 garlic cloves, finely crushed
dash of salt & pepper
Procedure:
1. Marinade beef w/ vinegar, crushed garlic and salt & pepper for 20-30 minutes.

2. Fry quartered potatoes until tender. Set aside.

3. Fry meat until both sides are brown & tender.

4. Add onions, olive oil & bay leaf mix well. simmer.
5. Add red pepper, garlic, tomato sauce mix well.
6. Meanwhile, fry beef liver in a small saucepan, season w/ salt if you want. When done,
transfer to a blender or food processor, add 1/4 cup water & blend until pasty.

7. Add liver paste to the beef mixture & mix well. simmer for 5 minutes.
8. Add green peas, sugar, msg,hot sauce, salt and pepper. mix well. Simmer for another 5
minutes in low heat. Transfer in Serving bowl and serve.

Cheeseburger Bites
I tried this recipe when I hosted my friend Lesa's baby shower last year & everybody liked it!!!:)
it's so easy to make & your intestines will burst once you heard all the nice compliments hahaha!!! seriously!!I got this one from Kraft Foods Magazine.
Ingredients:
1/ 2 cup Honey BBQ sauce or orig. BBQ sauce
1/ 4 cup grape jelly
24 pieces small prepared frozen meatballs
1 can ( 8 oz. ) pineapple chunks, drained
1 large red bell pepper, cut into cubes
24 pieces cubed cheese ( Colby, cheddar or pepper jack)
24 bamboo skewer or toothpicks
Procedure:
1. Mix BBQ sauce & jelly in a large skillet.

2. Cook & stir on medium heat for 2 min. or until jelly melts.
3. Add meatballs to skillet; cook for 10 min. or until heated through.



4. Skewer each meatball alternately on wooden skewers or toothpick w/ pineapple chunks, red
pepper & cheese.

Enjoy!
*You can also add onions & some other cubed fruit of your choice.***
Marinated BBQ
This is just the same as Pinoy BBQ but just different style of marinade.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tbsps. coarsely chopped garlic
2 tbsps. honey
2 tbsps. olive oil
2 tsps. black pepper
2 tsps. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsps. A1 sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. of crushed pepper or cayenne pepper
2 lbs. sirloin steak, jerky style
Procedure:
1. In a large bowl, mix red wine vinegar, soy sauce garlic, olive oil, honey, black pepper, salt,
Worcestershire sauce, A1 sauce,onion & cayenne pepper.





2. Add steaks marinade & turn to coat. Cover & chill for 30-1 hour or if desired to 24 hrs.

3. Pierce into skewer.
4. Pre-heat grill, cook til done.

Bistek
One of my favorite dish of all time!i do like to eat this with rice,hard boiled eggs & sliced tomato!
**Bistek**
Ingredients:
1 lb. of sirloin beef, jerky style
4 tbsp. lime juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. ground pepper
1 tsp. of minced garlic
1 tbsp. crushed garlic pepper
1 large onions, cut into rings
2 tbsps. brown sugar
2 tbsp. of cooking oil ( try sesame oil for different favor)
Procedure:
1. In a large bowl, mix lime juice, garlic and ground pepper and soy sauce.
2.Add beef and mix well.
3.Let sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
4. Fry the onion rings until golden brown.

5. Remove from skillet & set aside.
6. Heat oil.
7.Fry the beef slices in batches, until brown.
8.Pour the marinade into the skillet and boil for 1 minute.Add sugar and stir.
9.Add onions, heat for 1 minute.Serve.

Broiled Steaks
**Broiled Steak*
I always broil my steak whenever it's crappy outside. Surprisingly it still taste good!
Ingredients:
4 steaks ( any steak of your choice)
1/4 cup chopped onion
3 finely chopped garlic
1 tsp. dried rosemary
2 tbsps. olive oil
1 tsp. dried crushed pepper
1 tsp. marjoram
1 cup Worcestershire Sauce
Procedure:
1. In a large bowl, combine onion, garlic, rosemary,olive oil,pepper,marjoram & Worcestershire
sauce. Reserve 1/4 cup for basting.
2. Soak steaks for 15-30 minutes. Turn steaks every 5 minutes.

3. Place steaks in a broiler pan & broil on High for 5 mins.
4. Baste , turn & broil until done..
5. Serve with salad or baked potato.

Pinoy BBQ
******PINOY BBQ********
When buying meat for this BBQ try looking for sirloin steak but made for Jerky! it's much easier that you don't have to slice it . it's pre-sliced:) also you can use pork or chicken w/ this one .
Ingredients:
1 lb. sirloin steak (for jerky)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 medium lime or 3 key limes
1 tsp. crushed pepper
1 tsp. rosemary
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tbsp. olive oil
MSG (optional)
bamboo skewers
BASTING:
you can use any sauce for basting but I prefer this one for more pinoy BBQ taste.
4 tbsps. soy sauce
2 key lime
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsps. ketchup
1 tbsp. oil
Procedure:
1. Combine soy sauce, key lime juice, crushed pepper, rosemary, garlic, olive oil & msg (optional) in a large container or in a 1 gal. freezer bag. Stir until well blended.
2. Add the meat make sure to add one a time to soak it with the marinade. Marinate for 1 hour or overnight.

3. Meanwhile, soak the skewers in lukewarm water to prevent fast burning.

4. Stir the meat, and start putting it on the skewer.

5. Grill, baste , turn , baste until cook.

********** My version of Ginaling****** Ingredients: ½ chopped onions 2 cloves garlic, chopped ¼ c. soy sauce 1 can peas ( if none then, slivered green beans would be fine!) 2 carrots, finely chopped 1 medium potato, finely chopped Salt & pepper to taste or MSG if u want Procedure: 2. Add in potatoes and let it cook, add peas or green beans & carrots. Stir. 3. Add soy sauce & any seasoning u like. Stir.. 4. Stir-fry for 5 minutes & serve.
Lumpiang Shanghai
Ingredients:
**** eyeball some of the ingredients*******
1 carrot , finely chopped
1 potato, finely chopped or water chestnuts
1 small onion, finely chopped
chopped cabbage
garlic , chopped
1 lb. ground beef ( or any of your choice)
green beans
black pepper & salt to season
package of spring roll wrapper
1 egg white ( in a bowl)
Procedure:
1. Mix all ingredients except wrapper & egg whites into a large bowl.
2. Put 1 tsp. of the mixture to the wrapper & roll seal w/ egg whites .

3.Repeat this step 'til all the mixture is wrapped.
4. Chill to set then deep fry!. serve w/ vinegar or spring roll sauce....
