Seafood Pansit

I made this recipe May of last year. I didn't have any idea what to cook so I just grabbed what's on my fridge . I don't really measure things, I usually just eyeball it but i'll put some measurement guide okay?I didn't have any teriyaki sauce that time but i got creative and had me a jam and I mixed it with soy sauce man! it was good! I was surprised the food was actually good!!!! maybe it's because of me wihihihi

Ingredients:
1 package of mixed seafood
1 package of chow mein/ lo mein noodles
1 small onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 ginger, cut into length-wise
1 each green and red bell pepper, cut into lengthwise
1carrot, cut into lengthwise
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce if none then mix jam and soy sauce! be creative!

Procedure:

1.Wash the mix seafood and set aside.
2. Cook the noodle according to the package. Set aside.
3. Stir-fry the seafood mix until done. Add chow mein
4.Add onions, garlic, ginger, carrot, bell peppers season with any seasoning you like.
5. Add Teriyaki sauce. I used strawberry jam mixed with soy sauce since I didn't have any Teriyaki sauce with me that time. i guess whatever jam you have will work just as good.
No need to buy expensive Teriyaki sauce when you can make one!
6. Cook well . Serve with rice Bon apetit!
