I tried my very first crinkle cookie in Cebu City. My next door neighbor used to sell those in her store.Me and my cousin just love munching those things and now I tried the recipe and made my own!!!:)
**Chocolate Crinkle**
Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 sticks butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 cup macadamia nuts
2 cups white chocolate morsels( chocolate chips)
Procedure:
1.Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in a bowl. 
2.Beat butter, sugar,brown sugar and vanilla extract in a larger bowl until creamy.

3.Add eggs, one at a time beating well after each addition.
4.Gradually beat in flour mixture.

5.Stir in white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts

6.Scoop each teaspoonful of dough into the baking pan.
7.Bake @350*F for 11 minutes or until center is set.
8.Remove from oven and cool completely.

Blueberry Macaroons
This is an easy version of making macaroons. In this one I used blueberry fruit w/strawberry glaze not because I wanted to be created but... I forgot to buy strawberries!!! hahaha! one kitchen blunder turned out to be a yummy treat! Anyway you are so welcome to use whatever fruit u would like and here's the recipe:) enjoy!
***Blueberry Macaroons***
Ingredients:
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. baking powder
2 /12 grated coconut
1 can condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1 cup blueberries or any fruit of your choice.
1/2 cup fruit glaze of your choice!
***Procedure***


1.In a large mixing bowl, mix butter, vanilla, eggs & condensed milk.


2.Add in sugar, coconut, flour and baking powder.Mix well.




3.In a small bowl combine blueberry and glaze until mix well. set aside.
4.Spray mini muffin cups with grease then put mixture 1 tbsp. each cups.
5.Top with blueberry mixture.
6.Bake for 15 minutes @ 350*F .

Fruit Salad
Ingredients:
1 can Nestle Table Cream ( can be found in Asian store & @ Wal-mart)
1 pkg., ( 8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 can Pineapple chunks
1 can Del Monte Very Cherry Cocktail or regular fruit cocktail
1 apple, diced
2 bananas, sliced
2 Mangoes, cubed
1 bottle Coconut Strings( Macapuno)
Procedure:
1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese & table cream together until fluffy.



2. Add apples, mangoes & banana. Mix Well.

3. Add in Pineapple Chunks & very cherry Cocktail. Mix well.

4. Add the Macapuno then mix well.


5. Chill for 2 hours or overnight.
