Homemade Stromboli is what I made last Saturday night for dinner. I made two things of them and I have to say that the ones with Salami and prosciutto tasted better than the turkey pesto prosciutto one. I have to keep the Salami and no pesto next time.
I haven’t been back at work but I really want to get back into it I just don’t know if I can handle it not knowing what my duties in advance as I can’t be lifting heavy things for now. I do miss working but going to Physical therapy 2x a week is a priority for now.

Anyway, we have decided that we will be spending our summer vacation once again in TN. We do want to spend time with my children’s great-great- grandmother who will be 95 this year. She’s not been in good shape so we want to be able to see her and spend time with her this summer. The children really enjoyed the company of their grandparent’s and aunt’s uncles company just like last year. California will have to wait another year, I know I have been saying it probably a million times already but family is more important to me.

I do wish that we have our own RV to drive all the way down so we don’t have to worry about looking for a hotel that would allow puppies in the room. Sookie our toy poodle will be going with us! We don’t really want to leave her somewhere and the kids really want to bring her to show her off to their aunts and uncles. RV would be perfect to have, no worrying about which hotel to stay and the kids won’t be bored on the trip. I bet we can get a second hand one that is affordable, my friend told me that there are affordable insurance and motor home repair too. We thought about getting one but we will just have to wait for a couple more years until we pay off my car. It’ll be fun I bet.

♥ I never visited the whole United States but so far I would say New Mexico!! I used to label Nebraska as the most boring State ever! but it’s like a home to me now, after 9 years of living it’s kind hard to say my home is boring!♥

3. What’s the last thing you ate that was red?
♥ Pizza!!! Pizza sauce is red and so as some of its toppings!♥

4. Have you ever questioned the sexuality orientation of a close friend?
♥ I know my friend whose gay and whose not, most of my gay friends were/are never ashamed of who they are! so I never questioned any of their sexual orientation!♥

5. Everyone loses a friend after some big fight. Tell us about one.
♥ She’s never really a close one, but she was annoying and a backstabber so she never was a loss to me!♥

6. Have you ever washed an iPod or mp3 player in the washing machine?

♥ No but I told my former boss I quit after kept calling me to go to work even when I was sick.. I never missed work too while I was working with her.. ♥

♥ yes a couple of times ..fine more than a couple of times !♥

♥ uh like yes! a million times!not that I’ve been in a relationship a million times but you know emotions usually multiply! ♥

♥ yes like when I searched for ATV Parts but I find it interesting once I read about it. I just hope that I could learn more about it! ♥

♥ yes and it turns out she was insane– and no I don’t want to elaborate!♥

♥ Not really, I pretended to be older though….. you get more wonderful compliments that way lol. Seriously try it! you’ll get addicted ♥

♥No I was never turned down for a date.. I never asked for it in the first place!♥

14. Have you ever (or your significant other) had a pregnancy scare?
♥ Yes… after my husband had a vasectomy procedure for years already! Can u imagine if I really was??? and no I NEVER cheated!♥

15. Have you ever pretended to like someone when you didn’t?
♥ YES and it was like a having an underpaid job!♥

Last Sunday I was checking my e-mails and logged into the networking sites and even browsed about pleasanton motorcycle accident attorney until my husband asked me to get off the computer because he was on his way home from work and he wanted to watch a movie with me that we have at home. We watched Saving Private Ryan and it is one of the best movie ever made! I don’t even care if you will agree with me or not but it is! I love this movie so much and watched it countless times and I definitely will watch again in the future. It is a war movie and it has its gruesome scene but one of the best war movies ever! Tom hanks, Barry Pepper, Ed Burns, Vin Diesel, Tom Sizemore, Adam Goldberg, Giovanni Ribisi, Jeremy Davies, Paul Giamatti and Matt Damon did a very good job on this movie. I really hated Jeremy Davies’ character Upham in this movie and I love the scene with Paul Giamatti knocking off the wall un-purposely and exposing the German soldiers hideout and the scene with Tom Sizemore with another German soldier who threw a helmet at each other when they ran out of bullet lol. The saddest scenes for me were when Giovanni Ribisi talking about his mom while copying Vin Diesel’s letter for his dad and when he died calling out for his mom, Vin Diesel died while holding the French girl, Tom Hanks died and the scene where Matt Damon’s mom was visited by military people informing her about her 3 dead sons. There is too much drama in this movie balances the gruesome action in war and it makes you think about our men and women who are in war at this moment who some won’t be able to go back home and makes you sad on how many moms have received the bad news and how heartbroken they are knowing that they will never see their sons/daughter again:( I wish that they this war will end so that the soldiers will come back home safely to reunite with their families.

Even-though I might not be getting a new car this year, we are still planning to get one hopefully next year! We just have so much things going on this year that we cannot afford to get another car this year. My husband was asking me in getting a 4×4 but all I wanted is an AWD that is affordable and easy to drive. I know that my husband is missing his truck but we just had to sell it when we bought the explorer last 2002. I know he still want a truck with all those truck accessories that goes with it. Maybe when I get a job I can save enough to get him one. After all he deserve to get what he really want!

Today was a very nice day to be outside. It was sunny with a little chill enough not to give you sweats when cleaning up the yard and car. My husband got rid of the vinegar smell off my trunk today. I have that for almost 3 years and I am telling you I have caused scrapes, dents ,broken tail lights and not to mention raised up the insurance due to minor car accidents.

With our current economy, I have to be more responsible in handling and taking care of my car coz it’s an investment and we can’t afford to be buying new cars and messing with our auto insurance. I promised myself to get into the habit of having the oil changed in scheduled month and I will also contact one of those auto parts franchises to get a quote on how much will it cost me to have the alloy wheels repaired. I do need to pay more attention when it comes to driving safely.
