Can you believe that next Sunday is Christmas Day? Are you done with your shopping yet? As for me, I still have couple of things to buy like those cute thick warm tights for my daughter, a cologne for my teenage son ( I still can’t get over I have a teenager already!), a coat for my younger son and some useful tools for my husband. I don’t know if I should give him tools because that somewhat reminds him of doing chores and I read somewhere that any gifts that reminds of chores is not really good! So I am rethinking my gift giving ideas.

I like giving something that we like to use especially during special occasion like jewelry and perfumes. My teenage son love gifts like that something he can use when he goes out to movies with some friends, or going to recitals and concerts and especially when he goes out with a special friend! Now that he is growing up, he is more concern on what he looks and what he smells. We have been there and done that, so it shouldn’t be a gift to miss because colognes and perfumes are a part of good personal hygiene no matter what age you are.

I just hope that snow will have to wait til Christmas day because I still have a lot of things to do and places to go. I also need to get my grocery shopping done for Christmas dinner!

I just got back from my son’s Band Concert and this month alone, we will be going to 4 different concerts so there’s 3 more to go! And I’m not even sure if my daughter will have any recital this month and that question should be directed to her piano teacher and I am going to make sure to ask her next week. I saw my my ex co-worker and I didn’t even know that she got remarried until I saw her hugging some guy and saw their wedding bands on. I went to talk to her and she said that she got remarried last Summer and now they are buying a new home. She looked very happy and I am happy for her.^-^

* I got to say my computer. I won’t be here right now without it!

* I love them both but I think I like cakes better!
3. How did you get into blogging?
* My friend Carlota ~~forced~~ inspired me.
4. If you were given one million USD what would you do with it?
* That’s an easy question. First and foremost I will pay all our bills including our house and just pay it all off so I don’t have to worry about it. Next is to spend the money to whatever we need fixing in our house. Then I need to buy another property for investment a rental or something. Then I will buy my dad a little house and save the money afterwards. It’s all I wanna do with that kind of money.
5. Can you live without the internet for a whole month?
* Can you??? I know I can but I don’t want to!
6. OSX or Windows? (operating system if you’re unsure what I mean)
* I have Windows but I am hoping to get me a Mac one of these days!
7. Which social group were you/are you in high school? (if there were social groups)
* I don’t know I get along with everybody and we have different personalities and people in our group and we get along fine.
8. What is your dream job?
* to be the boss!!
9. How many children do you want? Boys or girls?
* Originally I wanted 2 then I wanted 4 but I only have 3!

* I think Cinderella was always my favorite.

We finally have our whole furnace replaced! They replaced everything including the Central Air conditioner unit. My husband said that what we have now is a more efficient because we have something that supposed to run in the winter too. I didn’t really asked a lot of questions because sometimes it’s all confusing to me but the good thing is we have it all replaced so we should not worry about it for a very ,very long time! Plus we got a lifetime warranty for it too so it’s a good thing. We may have hanged our home improvement plan for this year but it all works out… we needed to replace it anyway.
I didn’t go to the garage to take a picture of our new furnace.. to be honest I haven’t seen what the new one looked like but I saw what they replaced outside the central air unit..

Now that is out of the way, maybe next year or the next after that, we can focus on a new roof. It’s going to be expensive but we need to replace it since it’s more than a decade.
Anyway, my daughter found my lost earrings yesterday. I haven’t wear it for a long time and she also found one of her bracelet charm. She took an elastic cord and started making a bracelet. She told me that she’s going to make me one like what she saw online; one of those jewelry fashion trends for moms. She likes to look at jewelry and that it inspired her to get her own beading and jewelry kits.And that gave me an idea on what to give her for Christmas or on her birthday.^-^

Good movie Bad Boys with Will Smith and Martin Lawrence and great song by Diana King! I loved this song ever since I first heard it! The 90′s is just awesome! Great decade, fashion was simple a definite upgrade from the 80′s, I was even crazy with the trend of boots! Whether it’senglish riding boots or the Dr. Martens which I have to admit that I had 2 of those! Great songs whether it’s pop, rock, R&B, New Wave and especially the Grunge Music! Yes I was a fan of the Cure and still an admirer of Green Day and will forever love Nirvana! The Temple of the Dog, Paw, Better than Ezra are one of my favorite too and there’s more to mention but let’s focus on 1995 hit Diana King’s Shy Guy … Enjoy!

Need working clothes

I really need more working clothes and as well as something for my feet! A pair of womens sandals while the weather still feels great, a pair of sneakers for when it starts to get cooler and of boots for upcoming winter. I also need just plain t-shirts, long sleeves, a coat and some long socks for the winter:D I am saving my money for these stuff and I just want to be comfortable while working. I don’t want to wear my best clothes and I already messed up my nice shoes so I really want something that I can wear for work that’s not too expensive and not too shabby either! I do love working but I like to wear nice and comfortable clothing while doing my job. Oh, tomorrow’s Monday!

Fall is coming

I can feel it’s coming judging by the feel of the weather and the falling of the leaves! I am somewhat looking forward to my most favorite season but I am kind of hesitant coz my allergies are kicking in also! But I love the weather plus, Fall is a significant gesture that the Holidays are coming! I cannot wait for Halloween and maybe I could use some sexy costumes this year. I am also ready for Thanksgiving. Although I don’t know if we are going to celebrate it somewhere else and with anybody else this year. I am also ready for Christmas, my daughter’s 6th b-day and of course the New Year! I am actually itching in anticipation! Imagine that! O come all ye faith Fall~

Wedding bells, is going to be heard again. My friend Jessa is going to be married this August in Cebu and I ma so sure that it will be very beautiful just as what Jess had been dreaming of. She is busy with her preparation, she already chose her wedding dress and some tuxedo shirt for her groom and groomsmen. She said that they already sent invitations to everyone they want to invite. They are planning to have their reception at her parents house and I just wish that I could share her dreams coming true. Congrats Jess and mark.

Seven Yr

So tomorrow is my 7th yr. Anniversary of being married to my husband~ Long time? I know lol .. We have been together for 8 and been married for 7 and hopefully there are many, many more years to come to celebrate.

In 7 years of marriage we only have little arguments but never really big ones! Even though we didn’t have any grand wedding not even having one of those pretty diamond engagement rings but we truly love each other, understand each other and definitely faithful to each other:)

I wish for many more loving years with him and I am looking forward to sit in the rocking chair with him in our front porch ( hopefully by then we will live in a countryside with a big porch in the front) sipping margaritas, reminiscing our wonderful moments together at the age of 90!

My daughter asked me to help her buy some new stuff. We browsed online for kids clothing, girls and women’s shoes . She is a little bit different with her brothers because she saves her money and she use it to buy stuff that are important and useful like clothing, books and shoes. Where as my boys, they spent their money with video games and Pokemon cards which is just useless for me. I tried preaching but my husband is ruining my approach because he always say that “It’s their money , they can spend it with whatever they want” so of course with my kids hearing this they always have their daddy’s approval. I told my boys that the next time they received money during their b-days or holidays, they better save or buy it with something that is more important than trading cards! They …..well, at least Ethan promised me that he will save his money to buy him a basketball shoes next time. So let’s see about that.

I noticed that my husband needs a new pair of shoes. He has a lot of shoes but he never wear the other ones to work. He has this sneaker that he always wear and now he need to replace that one. I found this MBT shoes and I just thought that it’s perfect for him. It’s stylish and comfortable. I am saving up to give thsi on his 31st birthday. I know that he will love this present.
