I have finished Blind Fury the last installment of Lynda La Plante’s Detective Anna Travis Mystery. It was a roller coaster and I felt sorry for the character but I hope on the next book she will finally find peace and happiness! I cannot wait for another installment and also I am excited for Deadlocked to be out this May! Oh yeah another Sookie Stackhouse Novel and I can’t wait.
I have been reading a lot of books for the past year and as much as I read I should try getting an online bachelors degree. I know that taking courses online require a lot of reading and projects like my husband did last year. He liked the flexibility though, he does it at home and when he felt comfortable and when he had time , it worked for him.
I do wish to go back to school but I have to gather a lot of information first because I can’t afford it honestly and I really need some information about educational financial aid. I know there are a lot of information online but I also wanted to check the local agencies see what I can do. I do hope it won’t take me forever!

I’m so..oh..oh excited & I just can’t hide it!!!

I have never been this excited in my life and I’m telling you that it is a little pathetic! I have sworn that I would never get and never wanted it but I have to eat my own words because I do and I love it already! What is it??? I can’t tell yet because it is supposed to be a family Christmas present.. although I know that it it MINE! I never anticipated December like this before, and so I guess I just have to zip it until it’s time..But I don’t wanna wait! I don’t but I am the mom and I should learn how to not spoil any surprises..
Anyway, today is Saturday and sadly there is no recent S9 meme due to the authors personal reason but she stated that we could just do one of the old memes that we missed and here’s one of the memes I missed..(I think )♥

1. Adam Duritz (writer and lead singer of Counting Crows) mentions previous girlfriends in songs. In Mrs. Potter’s Lullaby he sings “There a little piece of Maria in every song I sing”. Is there a piece of an ex that will always be a part of you?
* Yes but it is a part of me too and I already erased a part of him…It’s confusing.

2. Who was your very first significant friend?
* Wow I was surrounded with friendly cousins and neighbors and they always have been my friends. I cannot recall who was my 1st significant friends because I am closed to almost all of my cousins.

3. What are four (4) things you hope to do this weekend?

Clean vigorously
Grocery shopping- it’s almost Thanksgiving!
Baking/Cooking- I have been wanting to make an artisan bread & pumpkin pie.
finish all my work

4. What do you consider to be the main purpose of your blog?
* personal diary, keeping in touch, state opinion & make profit.

5. Tell us something that you’ve never before written about in your blog because it’s too personal.
* Two stories in my childhood that I can’t really elaborate because it’s a very private matter. Although there are factors now that I support that helped my family’s situation before so that is why I believed in challenging people to seek help from Best rehab centers if you have an issue that you really need to face and solve. Let’s just leave it this way.

6. If you could choose your doctor, do you prefer someone of the same or opposite sex?
* I heard that men doctors are better but I prefer women just because I feel more comfortable in telling her and when it comes to some personal examination.

7. If you could dream about anything tonight, what would the subject matter be?
* I don’t know can I just not dream and just fall asleep wonderfully? I don’t really wanna dream about something I want and waking up disappointed, dealing with the fact that “IT WAS ONLY JUST A DREAM!”

8. How do you react to practical jokes when they’re played on you?
* Gosh I ended up punching someone’s face due to some stupid practical jokes so please don’t even try! I don’t wanna get sued!

9. What’s on your agenda after this weekend for the upcoming week?
* Clean.. shop.. work and clean some more!

It’s the 11th month of the year and it really is getting chilly! I am still thankful that we haven’t got any bad snow just like what they have in the (North)East coast. I have been everywhere last month and I am planning to be around somewhere this month too, with my children of course. I think I might take them to see the Holiday parade downtown–that is if it’s not too cold for them. Oh here’s a picture that was taken at home before Halloween. It is always fun watching them cleaning the pumpkin before carving it.

We would be doing this until we have our own grand-children ^-^. Oh, Halloween? we got nobody knocking on our door! That’s right we still have all these chocolate candies at home and I am staying away from it!

* Future is exhausting to ponder, though I’d like to be in medical field, go to school and maybe get into Medical Assistant Jobs but let’s just enjoy what we have today.. that’s why it’s called a PRESENT!

I can feel the winter coming and it is scarier than whatever we feel during Halloween! I am still disappointed because we didn’t get to go to the Pumpkin Patch all because my daughter’s piano teacher forgot to tell me that she does have a lesson today! But whatever!
There’s no school today and I think it’s their one day off for Fall Break! Yes it used to be a whole week off but they change it for whatever reason? I couldn’t fathom! Tomorrow is another day and my son will have a violin after school lesson at school and I am excited for him to learn it well. He dropped the guitar class (like me) because it’s a little hard but I hope that he will decide to get back into it someday. My husband is encouraging him to pick up his guitar and just start practicing, whatever he learned from his guitar teacher and maybe one day he will be able to play easy songs on the guitar. I know I should give it a try again!

1) If you could ask any historical person for advice, who would it be and why?
* Einstein=== Because I am somewhat dumb when it comes to Math! Wouldn’t it be great if he can tutor me?

2) How do you react when someone says something unexpectedly unkind to you?
* I would probably raise my eyebrow and I probably strike it the setting is not in public.

3) Your neighbor just bought a new metal detector. What did she just find in your backyard that she’s so excited about?
*Probably lots of change.. you can find lots of change in my house.

Some Rest

I had fun on my days off, although last Friday I was scheduled to go to work but I needed to see my doctor badly so I regretfully cancelled the assignment and I really felt terrible because I have been asked for it for a while and I was really looking forward to do it but with that state of health, it would be impossible to do my job right and I wouldn’t be able to put my focus on my work, plus I needed to see my doctor! Now I am feeling better but still on antibiotic and I have to take it 2xa day for 7 days and then I have to go back for another appointment.
Anyway, yesterday was also my Mother’s birthday. If she’s alive, she would have celebrated her 58th birthday. I did cooked something and spooned a little bit of everything in a plate for offering.
Oh, it’s Saturday and here is my entry for Saturday 9′s I Put A Spell On You!

1. If you could put a spell on someone, who would it be and why?
* It would be myself! Put a magic on making myself do better at everything!
2. If you could go back in time and relive one moment, what would it be?
*Back when my Mom was alive, I would spend more time with her & let her know how much I love her!.
3.If you could go back in time and change one thing, what would it be?
*Probably finished schooling and would have checked out quick weight loss austin

* Probably Debra Morgan.. Dexter Morgans sister.

Vacation time is coming nearer but I haven’t packed yet. I still need to get another direction towards the south because there are a lot of interstates the are closed due to bad flooding, this trip will be longer than usual but I have my kids packed their own game paraphernalia. I have couple of audiobooks downloaded in my ipod and have 2 print books handy in case of super boredom.

Anyway, it’s Saturday and here’s my entry for Saturday 9.

1. What has someone done unusual to make you feel their love?
* Nothing unusual I guess but I guess by introducing me to their parents?

2. Do you own a smart phone? If yes, is it everything you wanted? If no, how seriously have you considered a purchase of the new smart phone?
* No but I am considering in purchasing one .

3. Have you ever camped out to purchase something?
* Nothing in this world to make me camped out just to purchase some material thing that I can buy later on.

4. What is your worst habit?
* occasional laziness!

5. What is your best habit?
* I have no idea what is my best habit!

6. In your opinion, what is life’s greatest mystery?
* I think it’s the constant unending desire of knowledge! People thrive to learn and invent better technology or better learning like Forensic DNA, medicine and cure for devastating diseases, a possible invention of artificial organs to replace the damage ones. People are also smart in thinking about convenience of learning like offering accredited online degrees at the convenient time and place for students who are working, I am even considering in getting more information about accredited online degrees. I really want to get a degree related to my current job. Anyway, with these constant thrive of knowing, I wonder what will the future looks like in a couple of years ^_^

7. Are you one of those people who is constantly busy with projects, social outings, etc. or do you just like to lay low and stay home?
* We always have projects at home but I am more of staying low and stay at home.

8. Whether you’re busy all the time or like to just chill, have you always been that way?
* I was a happy go lucky person worry-free but that changed after having kids!

9. Is there something you’d like to change about how you spend your time? If so, what is it? If not, why not?
* I would love to spend my time in finishing all that is needed to be done instead of just relaxing all the time that would turn me into a sloth.

Anyway, that’s it for now and I should be packing here in a little while!

I started taking a medicine for my allergy yesterday and I feel sleepy all day long! By 10:30 at night I was sleeping like a baby and I woke up @ 1:30 in the afternoon today! I just feel like a lazy person and ashamed to say that I haven’t done anything not even cooking! Hopefully tomorrow I will make something productive and I really want to make some chocolate cupcake with teal frosting and yes I bought some food coloring that has cool colors!

My friend is looking for a job and I told her that she can search online easily rather than canvassing in the newspaper. Online you can search for different jobs like teaching or even accounting jobs from different companies and you just fill in your personal information and attach resume, so easy and very convenient! I really hope that she can find a job that will make her happy.

I finished my second cup of tea and here I am wide awake and listening to Green Day’s Time of your life! I also got the urge to join weekly memes and this is from Curious as a Cat and here’s my 1st entry!

1) What two colors do you think look the best together?

* Pink & Black always look perfect together!

2) For your memoir, describe what you looked like as a teenager.

* Pretty skinny who always have a black shirt on with either a blue jean shorts or blue jean pants! My late grandmother who always yell “Remove tattoo, remove tattoo !” everytime she sees me wearing short pants or when I wear a midriff. I have a tattoo in my ankle and in my right upper hip and she despised it lol. I always have my hair down and if I put it up you always see a pen or a pencil that bonds my hair together. I never wore make up and I always smile at people around me if I’m not grouchy that day lol

3) Do you know anyone born on your half-birthday?
*Yes, my neighbors late husband. I think he’s the only one I know personally.

4) Show and Tell. What comes to mind first when you see this picture? Or, tell a story if it reminds you of one.
It look like one of those houses on war movies!

Here’s a picture of my baby who turned 9 recently. He was sick for days before his birthday but Sunday came and he was brave enough to toss away the blanket despite of chills. He wore sleeveless shirt and short saying ” I need to be cold coz I want to go somewhere on my birthday” and indeed his fever went down and the next day on his birthday we were able to go to the place that he wanted. Two hours of drive to and back and we stayed 7 whole hours in that amusement center! My husband had a fever too but he took meds and spent the day with all of us at my sons choice of place.

When we got home, he opened the presents from his Great-great grandparents, grandparents, Jason and Ofelia’s and our gift to him! We bought that electric guitar with Amp a week before birthday and we hid it in our garage. He will begin his guitar lesson this Tuesday in the same place where my daughter goes for piano lesson. I want him to learn how to play guitar so he can play green day music for me:D

Anyway, it snowed here for a couple of days and it was awful too! I am glad that the sun came out today and melted some of it so I don’t have to shovel like yesterday ^~0. I hate shoveling, we have a snow blower that we can use but it’s somewhere in the garage and I will dig it out so if it snows again I will just fire it up instead of shoveling. Although shoveling is one way to exercise and would probably help reduce weight and probably would also help burn belly fat fast . Well what’s for tonight’s dinner? I have no clue probably I’ll just go to Long Johns Silver. Haha I whine about my weight and yet I’m going to get fast food lol. Anyway gotta go take a shower before going. Nyt-nyt!
